Rick Grosso has been training in the home improvement industry for 3 decades. Rick is an expert in sales psychology and training and has acted as consultant for major companies around the world. He is a highly successful motivational speaker for sales organizations in this country and throughout the world. His training materials are widely used in dealer training throughout the home improvement industry.


Andy Garcia

Andy Garcia has over 20 years’ experience as a lead manager and lead consultant. Andy specializes in all aspects of lead development. Last year Andy’s clients sold over 1/2 billion dollars at lead costs of 12% and less. Andy is also an expert in the recruiting of salespeople.


Paul Burleson

Paul is a respected industry in-home sales expert worked in the industry since he was 12 years old. His development continued for industry stalwarts such as Pacesetter and Statewide Home Improvement. He eventually became the National Trainer and Specialist in developing in-home selling programs for Alcoa, Ply Gem, and Westlake Royal Building Products.

Over the course of his career, Paul has created sales training programs for many of the leading home improvement retailers and manufacturers across North America and is known for his motivational approach that inspires in-home salespeople to perfect their skills. He currently works as a Consultant for Westlake Royal Building Products and specializes in developing sales systems for insulated siding.


Megan Beattie

Megan is an experienced public speaker and industry leading consultant. She has a history of working in the construction industry with an emphasis on aggressive outbound marketing. Megan focuses on the psychology behind buyer resistance, creating processes that foster trust regarding the consumer mindset. She is also skilled in demonstrating and teaching the one-call close 10-step selling system and has high-level recruiting experience in all areas of the home improvement industry including sales, marketing, and installation. Megan is an advisor to over fifty multi-million-dollar companies across the country.

As a consultant with Tony Hoty Training & Consulting, Megan helps home improvement companies to build lead generation programs, efficient marketing, call centers, leadership training, recruiting and sales processes.


Nick Richmond

Nick Richmond started out in 2003 as a sales representative in Flint Michigan. After mastering the Grosso System, he quickly fell in love with the business and became a Multi-Million Dollar Producer! In 2009, Nick decided to turn his passion for the home improvement industry into an incredibly successful business called Matrix Home Solutions. In just 9 years, Matrix went from zero to now being ranked in the Top 50 Nationwide scaling over $40 million in annual sales.


Tim Musch

Tim has spent the last 30 years developing and refining technology solutions for contractors in the industry. Prior to that, he spent 15 years gaining experience in a family-owned remodeling company in Central Wisconsin. Tim regularly speaks with industry groups to build the case for the benefits of systemizing local, independent businesses.

Currently, Tim is a Business Development Specialist for Paradigm, LLC, which is transforming the way that residential construction business is done across the globe with solutions such as their digital selling tool, Paradigm Vendo™.


Stephanie Green

Stephanie has spent the past 5 years helping clients get additional leads, close more sales, and reduce cancellations. She has more than two decades of experience in the home improvement and home services marketplace working at nearly every level including, scheduling, sales and marketing, and operations.

Stephanie works closely with her clients to use promotions to help accomplish their business goals due to her high understanding of what drives efficiency and profit in the industry.
